The Southern Premier Hoop Report is the authority on scouting and recruiting basketball in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. The Report is updated semi-annually to keep you informed on the latest and most accurate information on players in the region. The report features write-ups on the best prospects with high school eligibility that the region has to offer.
Southern Premier Hoops LLC was started in 2007 with the singular purpose of giving girls basketball players an opportunity to compete against the nation's best players, in first class settings, in front of college coaches during the NCAA observation periods. Throughout the years before Southern premier Hoops was created we attended many events that were supposed to give every female player an opportunity to showcase their talent in front of the coaches and found that many of the events were not well run with favoritism being played to certain teams and players not giving each player a equal opportunity. With that in mind we strive to make sure every player has equal opportunity by putting all players in the best possible light.
Over 80% of the top female high school players in the state of South Carolina have attended a Southern Premier Hoops event. Our staff alone in the state has trained Mcdonalds All-Americans and many of the prestigious Street & Smith Magazine pre-season All-America high school girls basketball team. Our staff has been involved in the process to decide which players are picked for the prestigious adidas Super Stars camps from 2007 to present. Our past event all-star listings are a Who's Who of womens basketball in the state of South Carolina. We have traveled across seas to Japan and studied how many asian athletes play the game and we have learned how to incorporate their style into our training regimen’s.
Many of the players recommended for Southern Premier Hoops Report were candidates for the prestigious Sporting News (formerly Street & Smith) pre-season All-America team, McDonald’s All-American Team and the Gatorade Circle of Champions Award and State High School All-State Teams.
